What is a recovery phrase? +
It is a set of 24 words created during device setup that can restore access to your wallet. Anyone who knows the phrase may be able to access your assets, so keep it offline and private.
Will Ledger support ever ask for my phrase? +
No. Never share your recovery phrase or PIN with anyone. Ledger Support will not ask you to disclose them, and no legitimate support agent needs them to help.
